We use this form to sort incoming Tech Support requests, and as
appropriate, to initiate a 'Trouble Ticket' in our internal tracking
system.

Each Owl River Company client has a differing
set of hardware, software, and hardware systems in place. We often
assign and advise our clientele of a Permanent Unit Identification
("PUID") number to the hardware units [PCs, servers, rack-mount
units, and the like], to help track trends in the service load.
It may be located (usually) on the rear panel of the
hardware; Alternatively, in some instances, we have noted the assigned
computer 'name' or IP address of units which we have configured or
serviced.
