On a scale from 1 (worst) to 10 (best), only 2% of Columbus MSA householders rated their housing structures a 1, 2 or 3 (worst). 72% of householders in the Columbus MSA rated their housing structures 8, 9 or 10 (best). As the graph above illustrates, householders in the remainder of Franklin County (i.e., suburbs) rated their housing more favorably than did householders in the City of columbus. 78.8% of householders in the remainder of Franklin County rated their housing structures an 8, 9 or 10, compared to 66.2% in Columbus.
The Columbus MSA includes Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Pickaway, and Union Counties.
